Who is designing these bathing suits!!? I feel like this summer is going to be full of adorable bathing suits, from frills to polka dots and flower prints.

Anthropologie completely blew me out of the water with adorable bathing suits.. they might  not be the best to tan with but, oh man, will you ever make a fashion statement by the pool
